Bread knife 20,5 cm

The perfect bread knife with an ultra-sharp serrated blade of 20.5 cm, which makes it easy to cut all kinds of bread and for cutting e.g. roast pork or porchetta with crispy rind.

We use ultra-sharp steel for our knives, which is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, and which gives the steel a beautiful and organic pattern.

The handle of our Arctic Blades is made of the beautiful and durable material Pakka wood, which is a composition of thin layers of hardwood combined with epoxy, which gives some absolutely fantastic handles on our knives, which are both very beautiful and fantastic to use.
