If you need a large and exclusive chef’s knife, our Gastro Blades chef’s knife with a blade of 20.5 cm is the perfect knife. This is the perfect all-round kitchen knife, which handles everything from cutting the largest steaks to slicing vegetables and much more.

We use ultra-sharp steel for our knives, which is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, and which gives the steel a beautiful and organic pattern.

The handle of our Gastro Blades is made of the beautiful and durable material Pakka wood, which is a composition of thin layers of hardwood combined with epoxy, which gives some absolutely fantastic handles on our knives, which are both very beautiful and fantastic to use.
