With our small Gasto Blades Santuko knife, you get the very versatile small kitchen knife, which can be used for all kinds of cutting tasks in the kitchen, and which is perfect for cutting fruit and vegetables, as well as for other tasks where a smaller knife is required..

We use ultra-sharp steel for our knives, which is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, and which gives the steel a beautiful and organic pattern.

The handle of our Gastro Blades is made of the beautiful and durable material Pakka wood, which is a composition of thin layers of hardwood combined with epoxy, which gives some absolutely fantastic handles on our knives, which are both very beautiful and fantastic to use.
