With our Fusion Blades Santuko knife, you get the most versatile kitchen knife that can be used for all kinds of cutting tasks in the kitchen. Santuko is a smaller knife than our chef’s knife, so if you need a knife that is a little smaller, then Santuko is the perfect knife.
We use ultra-sharp steel for our knives, which is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, and which gives the steel a beautiful and organic pattern.
The handle of our Fusion Blades is made of a beautiful and durable composite material of resin and glass fiber, which with beautiful details makes our Fusion Blades a feast for the eyes and gives a knife of extremely high quality.
