Utility knife 15 cm

Our Fusion utility knife is a practical small knife with a long and narrow blade, which makes the knife extremely versatile in use, and is the perfect knife for cutting smaller vegetables and fruit as well as for carving fish and sushi.

We use ultra-sharp steel for our knives, which is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, and which gives the steel a beautiful and organic pattern.

The handle of our Fusion Blades is made of a beautiful and durable composite material of resin and glass fiber, which with beautiful details makes our Fusion Blades a feast for the eyes and gives a knife of extremely high quality.
